Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Trust Automation G19-10013-00 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Indramat products, including obsoleted and phased-out Allen-Bradley parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Seiki product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Indramat such as the KDS11150300W1220 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the H4050PH04AA manufactured by Allen-Bradley and we are pleased to be able to service most Allen-Bradley systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature IO4810570000 by Manufacturer Seiki as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Ge Brand IC2800Y106T7CT in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Fanuc such as IC3600EPSA1 equipment made by Fanuc have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the IC3600VPSA13 by Fanuc and IC3600EPSA1 spares by Fanuc are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original IC693MDL742D Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Fanuc.
